Unable to move rows using workflow

Hi Smartsheet Community,

I hope you are well.

Just wondering if there is anyone from Smartsheet available here? I've raised a support ticket, case number 09376810 on 04 June 2026 and I've not received any reply on that.

Basically, I am trying to move some rows to another sheet into the Workflow → Move Rows → Move to, however, I can not find any create sheet to run this workflow.

Seeking any ideas here, but I trust this might be a bug on the 'Search option' on the Smartsheet.

Try searching with a shorter keyword or check if you have access to the destination sheet.

Have you tried recreating the automation from scratch recently?

I've tried that, but it did not work on the current sheet, either by searching with a shorter keyword or by recreating the automation from scratch. However, I’ve just completed a test using another sheet, and it seems to be working there.

Any ideas how to make it work on the Original sheet?

Make sure the owner of the target sheet also has at least admin permissions on the sheet you are building the automation in.

Ensure that you perform a hard reload/refresh in the browser where you have the original sheet opened/loaded.

@Diego.Cardoso In first image, you try to search the sheet from the same sheet, thats why it doesnt list to avoid self referance. Check Background sheet

Second Image shows you are on different sheet so it lists.

I see the image in your post, its clear by looking <unknown sheet> that Copy of Wkf... was once linked and may be its deleted or access restricted.

First locate the sheet from browser and verify your write permission if found.

In the browser where you have the sheet "Team To-Do List - India Project" opened and you are encountering the issue while creating the workflow, do a hard reload/refresh.
