We have a couple new hires who need access to various workgroups and sheets. Is there a mass way to do this? Such as selecting from a list of sheets and workgroups and choosing assign?
For team accounts and above (business, enterprise), you can add email address/users to new "groups", and then allow access for such groups in the individual sheets or workgroups.
