I am looking to use smartsheet for inventory. I have one item that we stock and I would want to scan the bar code in to record the s/n and when an order prints to be able to scan the bar code removing the item out of inventory. I used the "barcode inventory management" template but it works great for adding inventory but I cant remove inventory. Has anyone else run into this problem or have a possible fix?

If you're using this template on the mobile app, and you're trying to reduce the quantity of an item, tap the row in question.
The edit row screen appears, now you can manually edit the quantity to decrement as needed.
If you're wanting to remove a art of the inventory (for example, you no longer carry an item or don't need to track its quantity), then long-press on the desired row and select Delete.
Otherwise, on the desktop version of Smartsheet, you can edit cells or delete rows with the steps in our help center articles:
Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
