I am a newbie. I need to create notifications that will alert someone only when multiple tasks have their status changed not when each individual task status is changed. Is this possible.
If you set the alert to send once a day it will combine everything from that day into one notification.

Are the tasks on different rows? Are they children tasks of parent tasks?

They are on different rows and may be children tasks of different parent tasks. The tasks may be completed on different days so I do not want the notifications sent separately but as one notification when all tasks have been "completed".

not necessarily, i could list them under a parent. but what i really need is an "and" option in the notifications
There actually is an "and" option in notifications.

Dropdown List columns remain editable. Selecting a new dropdown value and…
