I was wondering if anyone had a project sheets that they use in a portfolio tracking scenario that they would like to share. The project porfolio roll up solution on this site does a nice job of showing how to use a metadata column to call out report data. I'd like to see how others have gone about managing their projects.

I am not able to show you my sheets because of the sensitive data but we essentially took this solution and tailored it to fit our company. We build our sheets out with project details and plans then build separate sheets to track tasks and actions. Finally with reports were are able to quickly see information about what tasks are still ongoing, at risk, completed, etc.
