How can I add the total cost of four projects that are detailed on four sheets to one cell in a master sheet? It seems you can only link a cell to a cell, not a cell to four cells to add them.

Yes, i think that's the way it works... I would link the four cells to the master sheet in a new column, SUM() them in the right place, and then hide the column.
