Is there a way to generate a report per row? I have one project for each row with numerous columns. I would like to create a one page report that list the columns in a vertical format with the data from its corresponding row. Does that make sense?

Smartsheet does not do "transpose" natively.
You could build such a thing using cell links, but depending on row and column numbers, it might take a while.

You could also use Smartsheet Merge to bring this data into a Google Doc: http://help.smartsheet.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1850128-smartsheet-merge-add-on-for-google-docs#merge

Nope. Only works with Google Docs.
