Is there a way to limit the number of registrants using a WEBFORM?
At this time no but you could set up the smartsheet to "Auto Count" and have a conditional format to alert you when the webform entries hit a certian number. At that time you can disable the webform.
After submitting the question, I created a column on the sheet, and added a formula to count each time a certain training site was requested. Additionally I added conditional formatting to highlight that particular row.
I will try the auto count and alert function when a certain number is reached. I have not seen in the alerts where you can add a number. I will explore that. Many thanks.
