How do I save a sheet to an existing sheet so the sheet url is preserved?
Basically creating a point in time snapshot sheet each week but I want my colleges to use the same url to view the snapshot
If you want to update the data in the sheet and maintain the current link to that sheet you have to replace the data in that sheet (delete all rows and move new rows into the sheet). There are probably more sophisticated ways to update the sheet data but this is just a very simple but labor intense method
Could the snapshot be a report? This way the link is maintained and you update the report each week by adjusting the conditions in the report builder.
What type of data is being displayed in your snapshot? Is it entire rows/columns or are you just providing a summary of counts and totals?
Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
