Hello,
I just completed a user import from a CSV file. The first names and emails are fine, but the last names have several diamonds with question marks in them. How can I edit the users name? I right click and go to edit user but I'm not able to make any changes.

You can't edit the names until the users are active. You could maybe delete them and add again?

Thanks for the reply! I did delete and go back to the CSV file and found some hidden characters. I deleted those and reimported but had the same issue again.
I then recreated the CSV file from scratch and reimported and the characters are still there. It seems like Smartsheet is remembering the deleted user.

Are there any special characters in the names? Like ÅÄÖ and similar?

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
