Has any one here done an integration with ConnectWise?
We have a small company whose resources all work production support and project tickets. If I had a way to feed tickets from CW in so that I could display all open tasks for one person that would be great.

We're in the same boat. We can't get data out unless with export to csv then manually import. Sales indicates that a connector will work but it doubles our smartsheet spend and we can't see it work before we buy. Zapier is too limited. It can help you kickoff new projects, but that's about it.
This would be a cool integration!
I could see it being used for project management, sales pipeline management, inventory management... the possibilities are endless...

Hi DonnieKnightJr mention it's too limited can you please elaborate? Doesup it only work one way? I would ideally like to manage the project in SS and send updates to CW (timeline change when necessary) and when the tasks are completed by the support team to send the updates to ss, updating that task for that project.

Has anyone successfully integrated with ConnectWise Managed or Sell?
We are looking for the same integration. Smartsheet is a more robust PM tool and allow more functionality compared to CW Managed. We need CW Managed for the back-office team and that is not an option. Would love to hear someone's thoughts and story if you have integrated it SS and CW Managed. Thanks!

Was wondering the same about integrating ConnectWise (CW) with SmartSheet (SS).
Currently, upon SS form submission a new ticket / row is created and an Automation (workflow) email is sent to CW to open a support ticket.

We are in the same boat. Looking through the thread, doesn't seem like anyone has successfully integrated with CW. Our PMO would like to manage projects from SS however we want to bring in Time Entry (Hours) into SS to allow for budget management. Today, PMs manually have to pull time from CW and then re-enter into SS to effectively manage. Time, along with just syncing up basic project data would eliminate a lot of double work. Thank-you
In reading through these posts, it doesn't appear as if Smartsheet has even answered this question other than to say use Zapper. At least not that I have seen on this page. This trail of questions has been going on for over 2 years. Has anyone been able to successfully connect the 2 systems. My company prefers using Smartsheet becauses it has so much more functionality over Connectwise which we hope to eliminate.
Hi All, Recently I've spoken with a few Smartsheet customers directly that need this, and I can see that there are a fair few of us discussing the need in this thread alone. I've decided to get my Smartsheet integration team to build a CW connector. We're now taking enquiries so that we have a good understanding of customer requirements. I was playing around with this today because I have the same question. I've figured out a pseudo workaround, but it is NOT an integration and only communicates one way.
2. Create an automation to send an email (alert) to that ticket for updates and comments.
3. In the CW TK, I entered the hyperlink in the initial description to point to the Smartsheet project plan.
I have a ticket in with CW support because of the way/format that the email shows in the ticket note. In doing it this way, the work would need to be done in Smartsheet and updates would go to CW, but you can click back and forth both ways semi conveniently.
I'm still fiddling with it and I don't have admin permissions in our CW to go any further. My needs are very basic anyway and this may be fine until we move to another ticketing system. We are considering Fresh Service as they state they have integrations.
