Hey there, is anyone else having a problem with printing. I go through all the print steps and hit OK and the new tab opens in the broswer but nothing ever appears for me to print.
Help.
Hi Heidi! Have you tried using a different browser to access Smartsheet and seeing if the issue persists? Additionally, have you confirmed whether the files are being saved to your downloads folder?
Just a note--I'm always happy to help troubleshoot here in the Community, but if there's an issue that's urgently impacting your work, I'd definitely recommend emailing the Support team directly at Support@Smartsheet.com, as you'll likely get a faster response time (and they're troubleshooting superstars!)
