Has anyone noticed a recent change that automatically expands collapsed rows when a sheet is refreshed?

Yes, and it is bothersome to say the least. Not a deal breaker but certainly odd...
I have a sheet with collapsed rows and refresh does not cause the rows to expand.
I've had the same problem as have a number of my colleagues! Has anyone found a way to keep this from happening?
