How to create multiple Tasks based on multiple "Assigned to" from a Project Plan

In a project plan there can be multiple owner to complete the particular task. How can the same Task which requires multiple stakeholders to be extracted in to "Another Sheet" with unique record for each owner to complete that specific action?

For Example: From screen shot task#29 have multiple owners under "Assigned To" field in a project plan. How can I copy this task to "another sheet" in seperate lines with each owner. As per Assigned To value four task should be for each owner to work on a task. Owner number can differ based on task, it should autmatically calculate the values & create task basis on "Assigned To" values only.

I think you just need to create sub-tasks of that task so that each sub-task has just a single Assigned To contact person.

@Mike TV It's in a project plan activity & same activity to be done by different team members for thier perspective stream hence creating a sub task will not give clear picture on project activities & timeline.

Hi @Andrée Starå, Yes, I want to copy specific rows to another sheet with one row for each assigned to person.

Ex: If a task is assigned to multiple 5 members, then it should get copied to another sheet in 5 individual rows with single owner to it.
