Can a previous version be deleted in Brandfolder?
If I'm replacing an asset with an updated version and do not want anyone to access the old version, is there a way to delete it?

Can the Links that appear above Sections be customized for Collections?
Is it possible to customize the Links that appear above the Sections so that not all are visible to all Collections? This would be similar to how Pins are customized for Collections. I can only see "Add Link" at the Brandfolder level, and I have 3 links saved, but my Collections don't display any links. I'm unable toβ¦

How to unexpire an expired photo
We set an expiration of some photos that had a talent expiration. However, we have since purchased an extension for the rights for these photos and now I have to set them to not be expired. How do I do that? Do I have to delete and re-upload??? Thank you in advance.

Reorder Advanced Filters manually?
We have discovered a huge limitation in that the Advanced Filters only cache the first 1000 assets. For our custom fields, we have Brand, Category, Item Code, Item Name, and Status which it breaks out at the top. What this means if that someone searches for an item code (in the version where it has a drop-down prepopulatedβ¦

Deleting old templates so they can not be selected as an option when selecting preexisting templates
I have made a project in branfolder and then created a template from that project - for our business to use. I am trying ot clean out the template options they have to choose from when they select > Create new asset > Create from a existing template. That is bringing up templates that I have already deleted off the mainβ¦

Visibility of Pins
The Brandfolder knowledge base article on Pins says "Guests can't see pinned searches of the Brandfolder or Collection." However, we have Guest users who are utilizing Pins in the collection they have access to. Am I misinterpreting that statement in the knowledge base?

Can I run a report on users activity related to Pins? Or could a CSM request this report from professional services?

Reducing sections but making assets searchable
Hi, with our current Brandfolder setup, the team is having trouble finding assets, this is mostly due to having too many sections (currently 45). My initial plan is to reduce the amount of sections to about 10-12 but ideally this would involve nesting sections within each otherβ¦ which I believe is not possible. eg Brandβ¦
