Year Formula
Hello,
I have a formula to tell me how many items were closed in 2022(1-12) but for 2023, I'm not sure how to state how many were closed for January 2023 and so on.... and not for 2022 anymore. Can someone please assist? Thanks!

I usually use this formula and then build a table on a metric sheet and count all the values that meet the criteria and then add it to a dashboard as a graph or something, or build a report off the original sheet and group it by the YEARMONTH column. Maybe summarize it to on that column to get the count right there.
=YEAR([Date of Events]@row) + "-" + MONTH([Date of Events]@row)
I hope that helps.

- Are you referencing the same or a different sheet?
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Yes, I have a formula sheet to build the dashboard, so yes it would be the same sheet. I will be honest when I say I'm still a little confused on the answer from the previous responder.🙃 Yikes!!
