Workflow for Locking the rows in Smartsheet Automation not working!!

Hello,

I tried to lock rows for editing using the "Lock Rows" action in Smartsheet Automation as well as locking the rows manually.

The Dynamic Link user on my sheet can still edit the row content even though it is locked ( i can see the lock icon on the row).

Just to add the users on my sheet are not licensed user.

Please share if anyone has solution on this.
