How can I reference a sheet summary

I am building a parent sheet to create reports from a number of child sheets. I would like to reference the sheet summary of the child sheets in the parent sheet to use in calculations.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• You'd have to add a section in the sheet or add so-called helper columns and reference the Sheet Summary fields, and then you can collect the information.

Just would like to add this would be an amazingly beneficial idea. but will look to utilize Andree's work around.
