Counting number of tasks per Assigned To contact as well as by project

I have 24 projects, the same team is working on any number of tasks in each of these projects. I want to see the following:

1) Task count per assigned to

2) Task count per assigned to and by project

3) status of each task that each team members has

So far I have Created columns on each project sheet with column headers showing statuses and their task count pulled from the data. I'm not sure how to combine this so that I can pull the above metrics on a dashboard.

And I have this sheet where I want to pull everything together.

but is it better to just pull the information from each project sheet into my dashboard?

For your #2, I'd run your projects down the left on your metrics sheet (where your names are now) and run your names across the top (the gray row). And create index/match cross sheet references to pull your numbers.

Then you can sum those at the bottom to get your #1.

For your #3, if you're looking for the low level detail, I'd created a report that connects to your projects and filter by team member (this only works if you DON'T have your team members in a multi select column). Then Save As New this report for each team member. Then you can display these reports on your dashboard.
