@Michelle Fayed Never mind I think I understand. I think you may have to add a manual process to choose the PM type on the Master Services request.

you could make a report filtered to if Problem Type is Blank, and include the columns you would need to determine what the problem type should be, then as you fill them out your list gets smaller.
