How to change a value of a cell when an other cell has a checkbox ticked

Hi,
I would like to change the value of the Cell to "Completed" when the checkbox cell is ticked.

Hi Geraldine,
this formula should work =IF(checkbox@row = 1, "completed", "active") where active is just the status before the checkbox is marked

Also, when the Checkbox is ticked, a completion date should be added to an other cell.
