Need to print vertical from horizontal row from a report.

Greetings-

Im the admin and created a report for one of my departments. I can go to any row in the report, double click left of row and a pop up box appears where I can edit/print a vertical print of the items wi the row. Im trying to grant the same access to someone viewing the same report but cant figure out how. I created the report and shared with them and tested each share level wo no luck

Person viewing the report can file/print but it only shows/print the horizontal row. They seem to lose the print option from the pop up even if I assign license to them. top pic is what they see, bottom is what I see. Need to get them the print option. Thank you for any info or help.

It looks like they need to have Editor permission (at least) on the source sheet(s) as well.
