I need a formula which gives "symbols" (Red, Yellow or Green)

If < 15 : green If its >14 and < 21 Yellow and if 21 Red

I think this is what you're after:

=IF(Value@row < 15, "Green", IF(Value@row < 21, "Yellow", "Red"))

Output:

Adjust numbers and column reference instead of "Value" as required.
