Bring data from sheet B to sheet A based on criteria in sheet B

I have 2 sheets set up, I need data from one sheet going to another based on a value in a cell on sheet B, if this condition is met I need 'Project title' to be taken from sheet B to the formula location on Sheet A. The condition is that the cell in question is 0 if its anything else nothing needs to happen.

I have tried multiple ways of VLOOKUP, INDEX, and IF combinations but I'm not getting anything back other than errors so any help would be appreciated as I'm 5 seconds away from accusing Smarthsheets of conspiring against me. Which seems unfair as its me missing something!

this is probably my least embarrassing attempt.

=INDEX({duplicate checker in intake sheet}, MATCH("0", {project title from GWS intake sheet}, 0))

I get back no match, although not as bad as the actual error codes I was receiving its still not dragging the title through.

=INDEX(COLLECT({duplicate checker in intake sheet}, {GWS intake sheet (copy) Range 1}, "0"), 1)

got it! I was being a tad thick...

Maybe remove the "" around 0 if you don't want it read as text.
