How can I sum all the values ​​of a column of "hours"?

hi everyone,

I'd a issue with "time sum" that i need to converting to decimal after sum as you can see in the picture below.

Is possible do a time sum without converting to decimal?

It has to be converted into a decimal before it can be summed. The ":" in the cell converts the string into a text value which in turn cannot be summed.

i'd a situation here with AVG calc. I'm taking the average of the decimal, and wrapping it in "hours" but the value looks like this ( 0:43.60417 ) and these are their respective formulas. How i can fix the time value?

You might want to convert it to minutes rather than decimal hours and stay in that unit for all your calculations and then bring it back to hours in the end.
