Hi, looking for some help please as I am struggling to get this working correctly. I am in the middle of creating a calculation sheet to build a dashboard but I cant get the function to work correctly.

I need to calculate the status by region.

So example I need the following

Region: EMEA

Transiton Status: Yes = No = TBC =

I have done the overall countif for the entire sheet no problem but I am struggling to get this one to work. I have blanked the data out below for GDPR purpose to leave non confidential material only

I have been working on the COUNTIFS function and could not get it to work, but after walking away for lunch and coming back I have it sorted now. Thank you :)
