Is there a way to print a list of all the people that I have shared a sheet with?

If you're a SysAdmin on a Team, Business, or Enterprise plan, you can download a Sheet Access Report by going to Account > User Management > More Actions > Download Sheet Access Report. This provides you with an excel list of all users and sheets they have access to, so you'll need to filter it.
If you don't see the User Management option, you'll need to reach out to your SysAdmin for them to do this. Details on the Sheet Access Report can be found in our Help Center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/795920-managing-users-multiuser-plans-#manageactions
