Sheet Summary Formula

I want to create a sheet summary formula to count the number of times an area is entered, but also show their percentages.

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the desired outcome manually entered to help visualize what exactly you are wanting to accomplish?

Now that I am working this out I don't think I need the percentages, and I think I know what I need do on the sheet summary part. I guess I just needed to think it out loud :) Thanks!
