Rolling Countif by Week Number

I'm trying to get a rolling 4 week count. So this week would only count the "X" in week 8 back to week 5, for example.

maybe quick and dirty?

You probably already have a column for all weeks in a year. Add a row above or below your first row and ad a formula, that's summing up the X's for the last 4 months in every column.

Now automatically mark the column of the current week by e.g. counting columns. You can compare the column count to the WEEKNUMBER.

Make the formula in the summing row show results only, if the current column has the mark for the current week.
