IF AND COLLECT?

I need help with creating a formula that will collect the value in the [Level] Column with the following criteria:

[Area Helper] =1 and [Operational Area] = "Airside"

Try something like this.

=IF(AND([Area Helper]@row = 1, [Operational Area]@row = "Airside"), Level@row)

@Andrée Starå the formula errors. The @cell reference on the destination sheet is blank. That is the value I need collected from the source sheet.
