Global update for [Latest Comment] column

I just tested [Latest Comment] column in the blueprint does work when we provision project, however, when we do the global update (even using the template, it does not work and we have to do it manually to set up correctly. Per Smartsheet Tech, currently there isn't a way to change column property to Latest Column in the Control Center.

We have over 200 projects from Control center. We'd like this function added to Global update.
