Not working

Please help

there is a column that is supposed to say "Yes" when all 23 columns have either satisfactory, unsatisfacctory or N/A filled in. right now it is saying "No" for all of them and i believe it is beacuse the N/A is throwing off the formula. what should the formula be?

This may help. It seems that you're going to be using a lot of IF(OR()) but once you write one, it should be easy to copy/paste.

This is of course if you're going across 23 columns in the same row. For rows or children, it would be a bit different.
