Best Practices Email for Smartsheets

I want to send out an email to my team including smartsheets Best Practices for sheet setup, security on sheet level, keeping our workspace as secure as possible, Setup best practices regarding sheet, dashboards, dynamic views, etc...

Editor Cannot Share should be the default and use Groups whenever possible. Limit who can set up Groups and keep those people in sync on naming conventions.

I would also recommend that you first share items with the lowest level sharing you think may be needed, then upgrade individuals if it's requested / needed later.
