Automated workflow not working for all users

I have set up an automated workflow to alert individual team members of their assigned tasks. There seems to be a problem with some users not receiving the notification when I set up the assigned task. These users do receive emails when a comment is directed to them. This problem seems to be independent if you have a SmartSheet account setup or not. Not sure what I am missing.

You would click on Manage Workflows in the sheet and then check those particular settings.

Hello! I'm having the same issue. I checked/confirmed the settings in my automation are set to unrestricted @Paul Newcome . In the automation I've got three users setup to receive an e-mail if a new row is added to the sheet. All three are e-mail addresses at my organization (all have same e-mail domain). I receive the notification - but the other two users on it do not. Thanks for any guidance you may be able to share on this.

@Paul Newcome Hi Paul, I am working with @Jared G on this question as well. One user sent the screenshot below of their notification settings, I notice the only different is the top checkbox isn't checked in their settings vs. it being checked in your screenshot.

Separately, Jared did some testing and changed the order of the people in the automation – it was ordered Andrea, Desiree, Jared, reordered to Jared, Desiree, Andrea – and now everyone is receiving notifications. Seems odd this change would allow the workflow to work. Any thoughts?
