Is there a way to prevent a public web form to be resubmitted "n" times by the same person/user?

Smartsheet forms can't automatically be disabled or block a specific person after a certain number of submissions. I found some information on Google Forms that at least allows you to restrict access in a few ways. (We have an integration with Google Forms.)
