I work for a hospital that has specific closet names. I would like to have each closet with a QR code based on their name and scan the code to automatically put in the "Smartsheet Form" which closet we are doing an inspection on. Is this possible? To scan and automatically open up the inspection form that was created for that specific closet name?

Yes, it's possible.

If you create the QR codes with a link to the form, include the URL-query part to pre-fill the form with the closet name/id.

How many closets are we talking about?

You can use something like the service below to create the QR codes if it's a few.

A bit late respons to the thread perhaps, but recently we developed a feature to generate QR Codes within Smartsheet so you do not have to leave Smartsheet at all ;-)

@Andrée Starå Do you recommend using the QR Code generator for a form? Should be easy enough right, once I have my form created, I can follow your instructions with the QR generator.
