Collect values from children rows in multi-select field

Good day

I am trying to collect the children tasks (task 1, 2, 3) in a multi-select column that is called Completed Work. The formula should only collect when the Complete column has been checked. I need some sort of hierarchy formula. See below

Try something like this.

=JOIN(COLLECT(CHILDREN([Work Item]@row), CHILDREN(Complete@row), 1), CHAR(10))
