Have upload or attachment to form sent via email?

Greetings-

Anyway to have a form attachment or upload be emailed or moved along to someone who isn't managing the grid? Setting up a trouble ticket form where people can submit info and attach a picture of a tree down in our parks. I have a automation set up if the person selects "tree down" from the form grid it automatically gets sent to my trail maint guy. He gets the words they submitted but the attached photo looks to stop at the grid I manage.

You can either choose to have the message link to sheet and all fields, but if you don't want to give them access to all of that, you can make sure to check "A comment" and "An attachment" to the email automation.

Hello @SSParks - I'm assuming you have an automation turned on to email the trail maintenance guy, right? In that automation to send the email, do you have it sending attachments and comments as well as the row cells?

Hi Amber, Im guessing I don't with the current setup since they aren't receiving anything but the info submitted via the form (ex text submitted). How would I check or complete those steps to "sending attachments and comments as well as the row cells"?
