How to make a form "adjust" to the Autenticated User that is filling it out

We would like a certain subset of users to be presented with a different set of questions.

We have required a smartsheets login “within our domain” to facilitate this.

When a form is submitted the Users email populates the system field “Created by”

How can we put logic into the form that only asks cetrain users certain questions?

Be aware, this is for the act of filling out the form, NOT after it is submitted.

You would have to ask them to enter their email address and then use logic built into the form.

We originally used an email field but ran into issues with people requesting on behalf of others. Or, the fatfinger incorrect emails.

We are trying to add value to the requirment of logging into smartsheets. We keep running up against roadblocks.

Picking your name from a “drop down list of ”All" employees is so tedious.The management of that field in the sheet is also unsustainable.

Unfortunately that's going to be the only way to do it. There is no way to automatically capture who is viewing the form.
