Outlook integration in .eu region

Hi,

Does anyone know if the Outlook integration works with .eu accounts? I can get it to work with .com but if I sign-out and log back in as .eu it won't work.

No, the Outlook Integration is not currently supported in the EU Region of Smartsheet. Here's the documentation on the differences between .com and .eu:

Thanks. It is the same with Teams (other than pinning to channels) and Power BI. With hindsight I wish we had excluded GPDR data from Smartsheet and gone with .com, .eu is more trouble for us than it's worth for us.

As a corporate user, the possibility to integrate outlook with smartsheet.eu is highly demanded! Hope the product development team can make this happen soon.

Its extremely disappointing that since I last used Smartsheet very successfully in my last business, the EU server has been implemented as is missing features. The Gmail add on not supported, the Outlook addon not supported, the desktop app cannot maximise. These seem massive issues.

What other features am I going to find dont work!? I am now wondering whether I should not recommend Smartsheet to my current business.
