Need help with symbols

Have the following Columns and I would like formula that compares to dates and then set the symbol color for the Go-Live-Health Column

Actual End Date Go Live Date Go-Live Health

03-01-2023 04-01-2023 Green

03-01-2023 02-25-2023 Red

Do you only have specific dates for the actual end and go live date columns? If so, the following formula would work just fine. In case, it's a range please use less than or equal to and greater than or equal to instead of the equals to.

=IF(AND([Actual End Date]@row = "03/01/23", [Go Live Date]@row = "04/01/23"), "Green", "Red")
