Average cycle by Month across sheets

Hello , I'm trying to use =ROUND(AVG(COLLECT({dcpaPPCYCLE1}), ({aPPROVAL cYCLEE}, =("Jan 22"))))

for getting the Average cycle by Month across sheets , but I get #Unparseable , can someone please help ?
