Status Formula question

So I'm working on a formula I just can't get right...

I'm trying to track Ship dates, so.. Id like...

Status to be Yellow if it's 30 days from today

red when is 15 days from today and Passed the ship date

and green for 31 days +

and if blank gray

Can you please help thank you

Using this as example data:

The status formula is:

=IF(ISBLANK([Ship Date]@row), "Gray", IF([Ship Date]@row > TODAY(30), "Green", IF([Ship Date]@row > TODAY(15), "Yellow", "Red")))
