flag a column based on a number of attachments

Hello, is it possible to flag a checkbox column if only 2 (not any other number) of attachments are attached to the row?

I hope you're well and safe!

You could add a so-called helper column and then use the change cell action in a Workflow structure to change a counter for each time attachments are added. Another option would be to copy a row to a so-called helper sheet and count how many rows of the specific row there are using cross-sheet formulas.

Unfortunately, we can only register where there's a change and not how many attachments were added each time. If one is added first and then another, we can get see the count of 2, but if 2 are added, it would only count as one.
