    Hi @azerty64

I hope you're well and safe!

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.

    I hope that helps!

  • Not sure if this is the same issue you were having, but we were etting the same error message "Workflow Execute: [object Object]". After troubleshooting w/ Smartsheet support … we found it was on the Google side has a restriction of 10mb (vs Smartsheet permits up to 1g - i think). One of our team members had added some hidden extra tabs and embedded images in our Google sheet which increased the size of the Google Sheet above 10mb. We cleared those and now our Data Shuttle workflow is working again. The way we checked the google size was downloaded to excel the Google Sheet and checking the properties of that Excel. Google prevents it based on the WHOLE sheet/workbook (all tabs), not based on a single tab. so if the whole workbooks is above the 10mb, it won't transfer out into datashuttle/smartsheet.

Smartsheet Supports hint to us was: "Upon checking at the back-end, we received this kind of error in the past and we were able to confirm that the behavior appears to be expected, and is caused by Google limiting upload sizes.  The 10 MB limit is in place on Google side to optimize resource utilization. All previous requests to increase this limit, even temporarily, have been declined. Therefore, we consider it a definitive limitation in our end.  "

After we got the Google sheet back to 10mb, our workflow worked again.
