Change Cell Value with Condition Automation Workflow Issues

Options

Hi,

I have a multi-tiered approval process that is working as long as the team manually changes the status. Naturally, we want to automate this process for the approval workflow to run seamlessly. Except, I can't get these to work. Here are my screenshots:

I have other workflows created based on each tier (we have 5 total). None of them are working.

The Status column is a single-select drop-down. The "Tier Approval Needed" is a column formula.

Thanks in advance for any help!

    Greetings @Darla Brown ,

First, I would combine all 5 approval workflows into a single workflow.

Change the trigger to "When rows are changed", no conditions

Use the condition paths for each of the 5 tiers.

You can add an additional condition path using the blue + "Add a condition path"

For Tier 2 Condition it would be the following conditions:

Where Tier 1 Approval is "Approved"

    and

Status is "Mgmt Review - Awaiting Tier 2 approval"

    and

Tier Approval needed is "whatever criteria"

    Approval Request

Change Cell value based on approved or declined.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi,

So this is not an approval workflow. The Tiered approval workflow already has several layers with conditions for if approved/denied. I'm not sure I can add a cell value change to those workflows.
