Update request of milestone

Hello

I created an automation that states every 3rd Monday, my team members will receive a Smartsheet link to update the status of each of their milestones.

However, Smartsheet is sending 2 separate emails with the same tasks to update. Why is it sending 2 notifications with one showing 6 tasks and the other showing 7 tasks but they are the exact same.

    • The first thing I'd check is to see if there are any accidental duplicate workflows from the same sheet - is there a second workflow that's triggering at the same time?
    • The next thing I'd check is where both of those emails are coming from... is there any possibility that this sheet was copied, and one of the workflows is coming from a different location?
    • If you can confirm that both are coming from the same sheet with only this one workflow, then the final test I would suggest is to duplicate the workflow, then deactivate the previous one and see if it keeps happening after that.
