How do i exclude Weekends from a Gantt Chart

I have separate gantt charts to program our install and production, the production is driven by the install sheet, the end date on the production is set by a vlookup to the install schedule start date then less 2 days so that product is completed 2 days prior the install day. the start date is simply less number of days production required. at the moment install starting on a Tuesday needs shows as needing to be fabricated on Saturday. Is there a way i can can the production sheet to exclude weekends?

Information to the install smartsheet is loaded using a Smartform , production is also loaded using a smartform how ever only the job number is loaded and number of production days, rest is self populated using the vlookup to the install sheet.
