How to see values that are not in drop down list?

Is there way to see the cells where values do not match the values added to column that is formatted to a restricted drop down list? This would be super helpful to troubleshoot and remove errors from sheets.

Create a filter where you want to see any rows that are not values you select from the dropdown in the filter.

My dropdown column has values Hello, Goodbye, and Ugh. Using this filter, I'm left with the blanks and the "Yeah No Way" rows.
