Summery Sheet formula question

I am trying to build a formula summarizing a column by the responsible department and the status column if the status is open. I am not sure what is wrong with my formula.

=COUNTIFS([RESPONSIBLE DEPARTMENT]:[OFER Division], [STATUS:STATUS, ="open")

Is RESPONSIBLE DEPARTMENT & OFer Division each separate columns or one column?

Could you provide a screenshot of your sheet?

It might be a misspelling of OFer - OFFER

It is a dropdown under the responsible department column. OFER Division.

Formula in # Open - OFER Division Sheet Summary field:

=COUNTIFS([RESPONSIBLE DIVISION]:[RESPONSIBLE DIVISION], "OFER Division", Status:Status, "Open")
